Property Photos
When you upload photos for AI staging:
- Original property images you upload
- AI-staged images we generate
- Metadata (file type, dimensions, upload timestamp)
- Room type and style selections
Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Device information (browser, OS, IP address)
- Usage patterns (features used, credits consumed)
- Error logs and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide AI staging services: Process your photos and generate staged images
- Manage your account: Authentication, billing, credit tracking
- Improve our platform: Train AI models, fix bugs, enhance features
- Communicate with you: Support responses, product updates, billing notifications
- Ensure security: Detect fraud, prevent abuse, maintain platform integrity
3. Data Storage and Security
Photo Storage
- Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Convex DB)
- Access is restricted to your account only
- Photos are retained for 90 days after upload, then automatically deleted (unless you delete them sooner)
- You can manually delete photos at any time from your dashboard
Security Measures
- All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
- Industry-standard authentication (Clerk)
- Payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Access controls and role-based permissions
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do NOT sell your personal information or property photos to third parties. We share data only with:
Service Providers
- Clerk: Authentication and user management
- Stripe: Payment processing (they never access your photos)
- Convex: Database and file storage
- Replicate: AI model inference (photos are processed and immediately deleted)
All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain data security and privacy standards.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
5. AI Model Training
Important: Your uploaded photos are NOT used to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in. If you choose to contribute photos for model improvement:
- Photos are anonymized (metadata stripped)
- You retain all rights to your original images
- You can opt out at any time
- Contributing photos may earn you free credits
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated photos at any time
- Correct: Update your account information
- Export: Download all your staged images in bulk
- Object: Opt out of marketing communications
